Craft Wine Co. make three unique brands: Omero Cellars, Minimus Wines and Origin Wines. All are produced thoughtfully with minimal intervention, native yeasts and malo-lactic bacteria, and no additives or fining/filtration. The winery is located just off the main street of historic downtown Carlton, OR. The tasting room is within the working winery, so you’ll get a snapshot of the activity of a busy winery on any given day, and often taste with the winemaker or production assistant. The wide variety of wines produced at Craft Wine Co is pretty much unparalleled by any other winery in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA.

We work with biodynamically & organically farmed fruit wherever possible, and make expressive wines that speak of time and place. The use of minimal additives and all-native yeasts and malolactic bacteria means that are wines are lively and ever-changing. We strive to do the best possible for the fruit that is so carefully farmed, and make wines with honesty and transparency.
