Where To Eat
CARLTON BAKERY
Carlton
Nearly all of Carlton Bakery’s pastry and bread take several days to make due to the traditional methods used to make the croissant-based pastry and breads.
High quality ingredients used at Carlton Bakery include Shepherd’s Grain Flour, local berries, jams from The Republic of Jam, meats from Carlton Farms & Northwest Specialty Meats, eggs from Wooden Mallet Farm in Yamhill, local honey from Newberg (Casey Rocks), and when possible produce from Even Pull Farm.
At Carlton Bakery, they work hard to provide customers with a unique old-world bakery experience.
